Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect data you actively give us, through two forms on this site:

• Contact / enquiry form: name, email address, project type, and your message.
• Job application form: name, email address, phone number, cover letter, and your uploaded resume file.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, so we do not collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for the one technical cookie this site does set.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries about our services (Flutter, iOS, Android, web, POS, and custom software development).
• To evaluate job applications for open roles you apply to.
• To keep a record of applicant and client communications for our own business purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where it's stored

Form submissions and uploaded resumes are stored in our database and file storage, hosted by Supabase (supabase.com), and are only accessible to authorised TSOFTTY staff through an authenticated admin panel protected by access controls and database-level security policies. Resume files are kept in a private storage bucket — there is no public link to any applicant's resume.

4. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate your application, or as required by applicable law — and delete it on request (see “Your rights” below).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw consent for us to hold your data at any time.

6. Legal basis & applicable law

We process the data above on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business and recruitment enquiries. As a UAE-based company, we aim to handle personal data consistently with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Visitors from the EU/UK or California have rights under the GDPR or CCPA respectively; we apply the same practices described here to those requests as well.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
